What exactly is the free preliminary analysis?
The preliminary analysis is where we start with every client. Within a few days, we assess your building’s savings potential, estimate eligible grants, and provide you with a clear financial analysis at no cost and with no obligation on your part.
How long does the entire process take?
The timeline varies depending on the complexity of the project and the applicable grant program. The preliminary analysis usually takes a few days; the final grant payment may take up to three months after the application is approved. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Does the process require a lot of work on my part?
No. We handle the entire process for you, from technical follow-up to receiving your reimbursement. You’ll simply need to fill out a short form at the beginning to start the preliminary analysis.
Can I combine multiple grants for my project?
Yes. Depending on the types of energy used in your building (electricity, natural gas, propane), it’s often possible to combine the Hydro-Québec, Énergir, and ÉcoPerformance programs to maximize funding for your project.
